Effect of Chronic Kidney Disease on Outcomes After Carotid Artery Stenting

Patients with chronic kidney disease have a high risk of premature death and cardiovascular complications. The authors conducted a single-center retrospective study that evaluated the effect of chronic kidney disease on patients who had carotid artery stenting. They concluded What patients with chronic kidney disease have a higher rate of death, stroke, or myocard al infarction both perioperatively and with'n 6 months Postoperative.
