Branched Stent-GraftsDivision of Vascuar Surgery, Univesity of California at San Francisco, San Francisco, CA; chutert{at}surgery.ucsf.edu By adding branches to endografts, we can dramatically increase the number of aneurysm patients treatable by an endovascular approach. There are two techniques for including aortic branches in endovascular reconstructions: fenestration of the stent-graft and endovascular bypass using a branched stent-graft. This review will cover applicability of these two techniques in various aortic aneurysm locations.
